Pasta Salad


  • 1 pound of rotini spiral pasta
  • 1 8 oz bottle of greek salad dressing (or italian)
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt 
  • ½ Teaspoon Pepper 
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • ½ Red Onion, diced
  • Olive Oil
  • 6-8 oz can of Black Olives, diced
  • Gamechanger: Bacon Bits or Turkey bacon bits)

Start by filling a large pot with water and about 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bring to a boil.

While you wait for the water to boil, slice and dice your olives, tomatoes, and onion. 

After the water starts boiling, pour in your pasta noodles. Stir occasionally. You’ll know the noodles are ready when they’re “al dente”, soft but still firm. About 10-15 minutes. 

When the noodles are done pour into a strainer and rinse under cold water. 

Add noodles to a large bowl drizzle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil over pasta and stir.

Next, add seasoning and stir.

Lastly, add onion, olives, and tomatoes and salad dressing and stir.

Gamechanger: Add the bacon bits in at this stage.

Let cool in the refrigerator and Enjoy!
